This is a high quality, fast cutting abrasive typically used in a blast cabinet or where the abrasive can be recycled. Aluminum Oxide is a sharp, long lasting abrasive media that’s highly efficient and reusable. Aluminum Oxide will clean and etch quickly on all types of surfaces.
Used in a cabinet blaster or reclaim system to quickly remove heavy rust, scale, corrosion and paint from irregular surfaces
Work wells on hard steel surfaces such as lawn and garden equipment, outdoor metal furniture and steel wheels
Nominal Size Range - 0.0083” - 0.0165”
Nominal Micron Range - 212 to 425 micron
46-grit abrasive provides aggressive removal of material and a higher degree of etch
