Packaging & tracking your new model
I pack your orders
very carefully
. I am a collector and player since
a lot of time
and I know how delicate the miniatures are. I want your warchief to arrive intact so he can lead your army, we do not want to suffer casualties along the way.
Your miniatures will be packed carefully
in a box of
proportional
dimensions to them filled with propper materials so that they cannot move or be hit.
However, due to fragile nature of such items, some parts may occasionally detach in transport proccess, what fortunately can be easily fixed with little glue. I am sure you can understand that I can
not
be held responsible for such misfortunes.
In addition, every package will be shipped with a
tracking number
to avoid any problem.
