6 inch long guitar pedalboard patch cables. Each one is hand made by me using Lava Tightrope Mini Ultramafic Cable and pancake connectors. Being that the Lava Tightrope Mini Ultramafic is so thin and flexible, it is an excellent choice for wiring tight pedalboards. The Tightrope version of the Mini Ultramafic is much more flexible due to it's spiral shielding as well as having a smaller total outer diameter of just .195".
The lack of excess and bulky heat shrink strain relief allows the cable to keep it's flexibility - this lack of excess relief is not an issue since you won't be constantly plugging/unplugging and twisting/straining these like a regular instrument cable. There is a strip of heat shrink strain relief hidden inside the plug, which is more than enough for a small patch cable like this. The pancake connectors also help with keeping pedals extremely close in order to keep your board as compact as possible.
A bit about Lava Tightrope Mini Ultramafic:
100% silver plated copper conductor with an OFC shield, giving it superior conductivity. It measures in at 32 pF/ft with a 20 gauge conductor.
