Whether you are building your own pressurized sandblaster from scratch or upgrading that Harbor Freight or other brand pressurized sandblaster, you need one of these!
This is a
brand new
sandblaster valve &
nozzle holder that uses the large (3-3/4" long) ceramic nozzles.  The larger nozzles outlast the smaller ceramic nozzles many times over.  These are for pressure assisted sandblasters.  This nozzle holder uses the same style of ceramic nozzles that the big "Deadman valves" use.  This assembly includes 1 nozzle with a 3/32" orifice
(1/8" orifice available on request

The big difference with this holder versus the deadman valve is that there are no expensive rubber blocks to replace.  I have run several thousand pounds of sand through one of these and have had great success.  So now I am offering them to you at a great starting price.
Whether you are building your own blaster or are looking for a replacement nozzle holder assembly, you won't be disappointed with this design.
The actual nozzle holder is
made of steel
so that it can handle the abuse and won't wear out like some holders or guns that you may see here on Ebay that are made out of ordinary brass fittings!  (Brass is a soft material that wears and deforms very easily).
Upgrade that Harbor Freight / Clarke or Chinese pot blaster to a real rust removing machine with one of these.  The nozzles last much longer than the small ones that come with the Chinese units.  You will be money ahead by upgrading as well as more satisfied with it's performance.
