    The Collar

    comes either alone or with a Securus 70 mm disc padlock by Chinrose and works with a variety of different padlocks. It is made in the U.S.A. of cast stainless steel for strength and longevity. The hinge pin is hardened steel and floats in the hinge to prevent drilling. After insertion, the hinge holes are welded shut.
