    Wearing a long white dress with blue polka dots, lace trim, and a big bow in the back
    Calf-length pantalets with lacey hose/tights and white tie shoes
    Upper arms have a flexible wire so that arms can be animated
    Arm tag has writing on it, including the date 8-13-89
